T he World of Magic and Hand Shadows have always fascinated Hans Davis, Shadow Master from Belgium. As a child, Hans Davis was very intrigued in beginning with the art of magic.   His first imaginative performances were staged before his family and friends. He saw his first live magic show when he was about 6 years old. At 15, Hans Davis met illusionist Fredini (Belgian's famous magician) and learning from him the basics of close up and stage manipulation. Then between the ages of 23 and 25 he won several Awards with his   manipulation act  in Belgium and France. The fascination of magic slowly turned   into  the Art of Hand Shadows when one day,  his friends brought him to see some of the World's greatest magicians and Hand Shadows Artist, while the troupes were on tour in Europe. There,  Hans Davis  saw the  Master of  Hand Shadows, Mister  Prasanna Rao .  So exciting and inspiring was his act of  Rao  that he could not help but hope to one day aspire to his high level of artistry.

A t the age of 26  Hans Davis  chose to pursue Hand Shadows as his profession and began to work for two gruelling  years  to  become an International entertainer and master of his craft. In 1991,  after winning two awards in Belgium and France with his  “Hand Artistry”,  Hans Davis was invited to perform in numerous Magical Conventions all over Europe,from Belgium to Italy,Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Holland, England, Switzerland,....   Performed for the  Royal Families of Belgium,  Denmark  and  Norway, his diverse list of clients also includes corporations such as IBM, Compaq, Sony, and many more.

A fter his European success, He began in 1995 a career in  The United States  when  he  appeared  at  The Tannen Magic Jubilee,  in New York City, one of the most important magical conventions in USA. Today Hans Davis performs around the World, regularly at the  World Famous  “Magic Castle” in Hollywood and at “Wizardz Dinner Theatre” of Universal City, Los Angeles.
